"Are you for or against Open Mat sessions?"
For anyone who might not know, an open mat in the world of BJJ is an open training session at which there is no organized instruction. Instead participants can just "roll". Rolling is just a fancy way to say spar. And while "rolling" is super fun and a great tool to help you learn BJJ, when used incorrectly it can actually hinder growth.
