Coach Sarah Abraham
Coach Sarah Abraham is an Austin-raised regional champion BJJ purple belt, BJJ coach, and lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin. She fell in love with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu after trying it out on a whim during her fencing off-season.
Through dedication, consistency, and a willingness to really challenge herself, Coach Sarah Abraham rose through the ranks quickly - even expanding her accolades to multiple BJJ Tournament gold medals under both NAGA and IBJJF competition banners!
Coach Sarah's favorite aspects of BJJ started primarily in the mental and tactical levels of Sport Jiu Jitsu, but expanded into a sincere admiration for the "leverage-based" physics behind the movements that make Jiu Jitsu so practical in self-defense scenarios.
You will love her willingness to help you understand Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from a super intellectual perspective and her commitment to helping you crush your goals!
We also know you'll enjoy her commitment to our Aces BJJ Club's Women's Self Defense efforts, seminars, and events.
