As the New Year approaches, many of us have it in our minds to stop some habits and start others. Sometimes that means we stop eating eating junk food, other times we start a new hobby, and sometimes it literally means making up your mind to get in shape.
Boy, have we tried that one!
Let’s be honest, the road to replacing bad habits with good habits is not an easy one no matter how much you really want to change.
